Best Way To Get Food Coloring Off Your Hands
If you've ever baked something with food coloring, you've likely ended up with a food coloring stain your hands. Just rinsing your hands with water will not remove food coloring from your hands.
However, there are a few easy ways to get food coloring off your hands, all using things you likely have at home.
Rubbing alcohol and hand sanitizer will remove food coloring from skin. Vinegar also works. Just pour a little bit of either on a cotton ball or cloth and rub onto your skin.
I almost always use americolor food coloring and the above have always worked for me.
Though I've never tried it myself, shaving cream is also said to remove food coloring from your hands.
How to Make Oreo Pie Crust Recipe
Oreo pie crust is so easy to make, whether you're using it for these mini oreo cheesecakes or another recipe. I use the regular chocolate Oreos in this recipe but you can also make a Golden Oreo Cheesecake by swapping them out for Golden Oreos!
For homemade Oreo pie crust, blend cookies and melted butter until combined. The texture should be sand-like.
If you're making mini Oreo cheesecakes, then you'll want to line a cupcake pan with lines and press a tablespoon of the Oreo/butter mixture into the bottom of each one.
If you're making a regular-size Oreo pie crust, press the mixture into the bottom of a greased pie pan.
Use a flat cup bottom to press the mixture firmly.
